Content Guidelines
- Ads must be relevant to healthcare, medicine, or allied health services
- No misleading health claims or unapproved medical statements
- Ads must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content
- AiFuture Story reserves the right to reject any non-compliant creative
- Prohibited: adult content, tobacco, alcohol, and unverified supplements
Creative Submission
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF (max 25 fps, stops after 3 loops)
- Submit creatives at least 5 business days before go-live
- Campaigns reviewed within 48 hours of submission
- Max file size: 150 KB (Hero), 100 KB (all others)
- HTML5 ads available on request (custom arrangements)
Billing & Cancellation
- Full payment required before campaign goes live
- Refund available within 7 days if ad is not published
- No refund after campaign has started
- Minimum campaign duration: 1 month
- Package pricing non-transferable between advertisers
Reporting & Liability
- Monthly impression reports provided via email
- Growth & Authority packages receive weekly reports
- AiFuture Story is not liable for advertiser claims in ad content
- All disputes subject to Indian jurisdiction
